The WPCC will be held during L’Etape Denmark by Tour de France – Denmarks biggest gran fondo.

With more than 7.000 participants cycling 15 different routes L’Etape Denmark by Tour de France has established itself as a major international cycling event. All routes at A to B-routes: starting from different places north and south of Viborg and all ending at Paradepladsen (“The Parade Square”) in the city center.

All participants in WPCC are offered to participate in the 50 km or 75 km road bike route Saturday June 28th as part of the stay.

The WPCC Sprint will be held as an integrated part of L’Etape Denmark (both 50 km and 75 km).

L’Etape Denmark by Tour de France is the road edition of Hærvejsløbet – The Viking Gran Fondo. In addition to the gran fondo on road there are similar great tours on gravel and MTB – these also finishing at Paradepladsen.

Having fulfilled the stages Paradepladsen is an ideal place to spend some nice hours together with fellow racers. Food, music, activities and good mood – in the Danish Midsummer.
